I'm looking forward to future installments. My own guild shares a similar background - although we haven't made it to Sunwell or been server firsts. From what you write I think our guilds share similar ideals - we have a hardcore approach to raiding but are casual in our scheduling. We're currently preparing for raiding in the level 80 landscape and I'll be pointing our leadership team to your blog as I believe they will be able to get a lot out of what you write.
