Lume, this is a great start. I found your site as I was looking for other guild leader bloggers. I'll definitely be bookmarking and tagging your posts on this subject. I have two interviews up on my site with end-game progression guilds if you are interested in reading those (including one with #5 US guild Vanquish).

Good luck in Wrath! Looking forward to the rest of the posts.

Great post Lume. I'm looking forward to future installments. My own guild shares a similar background - although we haven't made it to Sunwell or been server firsts. From what you write I think our guilds share similar ideals - we have a hardcore approach to raiding but are casual in our scheduling. We're currently preparing for raiding in the level 80 landscape and I'll be pointing our leadership team to your blog as I believe they will be able to get a lot out of what you write.

Great post Lume. This is really inspiring for potential or current raiding guild officers--hardcore or not, there's aspects of Lunacy that any guild could use as a model.

Thanks for this, Lume. I will be following this discussion closely. I soon plan on creating a raiding guild for WotLK raids as the Bleeding Hollow horde is pretty desolate sofar as raids go.
